Mental health practice seeks an adult or family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the Colorado River Valley of Arizona!
Job Description:
Outpatient, Mon-Fri 8-5
If licensed for adults only: 18+
If licensed to see all ages/populations 1 -75
1 Location outside of Kingman
1.5 hr Assessments, 30 min follow-ups
Compensation:
Salary $115,000
/yr
Medical, dental, vision, life
5 weeks PTO 1st year, 8 holidays, CME's.
2 months off per year!!
Student Loan Reimbursement!!
$5,000 Relocation Allowance!!
Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner
Psychiatric experience
Ability to prescribe
New grads acceptable
About the Facility:
Wide range of severely mentally ill: bipolar, depression, suicide, schizophrenia and addiction. Team centered approach; everyone is ready to lend a hand and help or consult in anyway. Phone 'call' is shared amongst 13 providers. APRN will conduct mental and physical health assessments, prescribe medications and manage meds. There are 7 APRN's in practice now.
